Party Yacht Rental in Dubai with Captain and Crew

Selecting the right vessel depends on how many guests join your gathering on the water. Our available fleet features motor-powered craft with large flybridges, open sun decks for dancing, and indoor salon lounges. Groups looking for a private yacht charter in Dubai will find options suited for small family gatherings as well as major corporate social functions. We manage 40 of our 88 fleet vessels specifically for group entertainment, with our largest capacity reaching 75 guests on a single multi-deck craft. These motor yachts measure between 53 and 164 feet in length, providing ample space for guests to socialise across different levels. Every trip is strictly private for your invited party. During warm daytime outings, swimming stops can easily be integrated into the cruising route so guests can take a dip in coastal waters.

Every charter runs with a professional licensed captain taking full responsibility for navigation, safety, and coastal positioning while you focus on your guests. Dedicated hospitality deckhands remain on deck to manage lines, assist with onboard amenities, and ensure your gathering proceeds without any operational stress. Guests need no boat licence or maritime experience to arrange a private voyage off the coast. The captain monitors sea conditions continuously to ensure maximum comfort while cruising along the shoreline. In addition to handling marine navigation, the onboard crew can help manage guest conduct policies to maintain safety while everyone enjoys the music, drinks, and sea breeze. Having a full professional team on board guarantees that your event maintains a high level of service from the moment you leave the marina berth.

Reserving your date requires only a few clear steps handled entirely through a direct WhatsApp conversation. You send your desired date, duration, and guest count to our manager, who matches your request to available motor yachts and extras. Paying a 30 % deposit up front securely locks the date on our calendar; unpaid dates are not held for any client. The remaining balance is settled prior to departure. When sea conditions stop the trip, the guest picks a new date or receives a full money refund without hassle. Between 9:00 and 23:00 Gulf time, a manager's reply takes no more than 15 minutes, making it quick to secure a date. If you need a yacht charter for private events in Dubai, our team confirms all arrangements instantly in chat.

Private motor yachts offer a flexible setting for celebrating milestone occasions, family reunions, bachelorette parties, and corporate team mixers. We arrange turnkey extras upon request to match your event theme before boarding begins. Having the yacht decorated before you arrive starts from AED 350, creating a festive atmosphere the moment your guests step on deck. For romantic dates or elegant evening setups, candles and flowers set up on deck start from AED 400. Corporate clients often use our spacious air-conditioned salons and open decks to treat partners to views of the coast while conducting social gatherings. Whatever the milestone, our charter managers tailor the onboard environment, dining schedule, and route to match your expectations.

Music sets the tone for any event, and our motor craft come equipped with integrated Bluetooth sound systems connected across open decks and indoor lounges. Guests can easily play their personal playlists directly from their phones throughout the voyage. For larger celebrations, our manager can arrange for resident live DJs, saxophonists, or specialised party lighting packages to be brought on board. If you want to host an energetic yacht night party under the skyline, we ensure the sound system is ready for your music choices. Additional media equipment, such as projectors for corporate presentations, can also be set up on select vessels upon request. Water sports add-ons like jet skis, flyboards, or towables can be added to daytime schedules.

Understanding the cost structure for your event is straightforward because all quoted rates already include VAT with no hidden fees added later. Hourly charter pricing starts from AED 880 for smaller motor craft and ranges up to AED 18,900 for our expansive multi-deck vessels. These rates cover the private yacht, certified captain, service crew, fuel, and standard refreshment supplies like ice and water. Rates remain consistent whether you host an afternoon sunbathing cruise or an evening celebration on the water. If you want to plan an anniversary party yacht rental in Dubai, our team outlines transparent options matched to your duration and group size. While minimum charter times apply to ensure a complete coastal route, your entire schedule is customized to your preferred group itinerary.

Planning your dining menu is flexible, allowing you to choose pre-arranged onboard meal packages or manage your own provisions. There is no corkage fee on our charters, meaning guests are free to bring whatever food and alcohol they prefer for their cruise. If you choose our arranged dining, a full dinner served on board starts from AED 250 per guest, prepared to order. You can also have a celebration cake brought on board starting from AED 250, or choose to have your fresh catch cooked on board for AED 150 after a fishing session. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking on the water, deckhands can assist with onboard electric BBQ facilities. Soft drinks, ice, and chilled drinking water are stocked to keep your party refreshed while sailing across the harbour.

Departures take place from central marina berths at Dubai Harbour and Dubai Marina, putting your event close to the city's finest sights right after setting off. Cruising along the coastline brings your group past famous landmarks including JBR, the Ain Dubai wheel on Bluewaters, and the shoreline of Palm Jumeirah. Longer charters can extend their route toward the waters near the iconic Burj Al Arab lagoon. The captain anchors in sheltered bays when guests want to stop for photos, enjoy background music, or take a swim in the sea. Whether you schedule a daytime sight-seeing trip or an evening skyline cruise, navigating along these iconic coastal sights offers a striking background for photos and casual entertainment throughout your time on deck.
